Dear Zeta Tau Alpha Parents,

Welcome to the Delta Zeta Chapter of Zeta Tau Alpha at Sam Houston State University. We are so grateful for the trust, encouragement, and support you give your student as they begin or continue their journey in Zeta.

To be a Zeta is to belong to something much bigger than a college experience. Zeta Tau Alpha is a sisterhood rooted in friendship, service, leadership, and lifelong connection. Our members are challenged to grow not only as students, but as confident, compassionate women who support one another through every season of life. From academic success to personal milestones, Zetas are never alone. This sense of belonging is what truly defines our chapter.

Sisterhood is at the heart of everything we do. Through chapter events, small-group connections, and meaningful traditions, our members build relationships that extend far beyond the classroom. These moments create a strong support system that helps our sisters thrive during their time at Sam Houston State University and long after graduation.

We also value the important role families play in each member’s experience. Every fall, we look forward to celebrating our Moms Day, a special opportunity for mothers and family members to visit campus, meet our chapter, and share in the memories their students are creating. In the spring, we host our Dads Day, where fathers and family supporters are invited to experience a day alongside our members and learn more about the sisterhood that means so much to them.
